These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Rollingdigits Limited regarding your use of the Chefolio app, website, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Chefolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You may use Chefolio only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Chefolio provides tools for capturing, enhancing, editing, organizing, exporting, and sharing food photography and related visual content. Features may change over time, and some functions may require an active internet connection, a compatible device, or a paid subscription.
Your use of Chefolio may also be subject to the rules, terms, and policies of the app store, operating system provider, payment processor, or third-party services you choose to use with the app. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that are not controlled by us.
Chefolio, including the app, website, software, visual design, branding, features, and related materials, is owned by Rollingdigits Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, rent, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our services or materials.
You retain ownership of content that you upload or create using Chefolio. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, cache, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for your use of Chefolio and for any content you upload, create, or share. You agree that you will not:
You may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us at support@chefolio.app and including "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line, together with enough information for us to verify your request and locate the relevant records.
You may stop using Chefolio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or if we need to discontinue part of the service for operational reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and privacy, will continue to apply.
Your use of Chefolio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chefolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results generated through the app will always meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any content created or processed through the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rollingdigits Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Chefolio.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or by other reasonable means. By continuing to use Chefolio after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal remedies.
